From the moment you learn you're expecting a new addition to your family, our staff is here to help support you and make this experience as healthy and special as possible. One way we do this is by offering classes to help moms and dads prepare for their new arrival.

CHILDBIRTH

Our childbirth classes provide helpful information about prenatal care, relaxation techniques, labor and delivery, infant CPR, infant care, postpartum care and more. The course consist of four classes held on Thursdays and is led by an experienced labor and delivery registered nurse. The class fee is $70 and includes your book. Light refreshments are served.

BREASTFEEDING: A GREAT START

Breastfeeding is a great start for you and your baby! Led by OCH Certified Lactation Counselor Tamera Brooks, RN, CLC, this class addresses breastfeeding positions, breastfeeding problems/solutions, hints for working moms and much more. The class fee is $60; however, mothers enrolled in the childbirth class receive a $10 discount. Light refreshments are served.
