Welcome to the OCH Regional Medical Center CERNER Transition Page

We are excited to announce the launch of a new platform designed to enhance your healthcare experience. Our transition to the CERNER system marks a significant step forward in providing you with more efficient, seamless, and personalized care. This page is your go-to resource for the latest updates, helpful tips, and answers to common questions about this transition.

Why is OCH Moving to CERNER?

At OCH Regional Medical Center, your health and well-being are our top priorities. The CERNER system allows us to:

  • Streamline Your Care Experience: With an integrated system, your medical records, test results, and appointments will all be accessible in one place.
  • Improve Access: View your health records 24/7, empowering you to stay informed and engaged in your care journey.
  • Deliver Personalized Insights: The system helps us tailor recommendations and care plans specifically for you.

What Do I Need to Bring to My Next Appointment?

To ensure a smooth visit during this transition, please bring:

  • A valid photo ID
  • Your current insurance card(s)
  • A list of your medications, including dosage and frequency
  • Any relevant medical history or documents

If you have questions about what to bring, feel free to call your provider’s office ahead of your visit.

What Should I Expect at My Next Visit?

While we strive to make this transition as seamless as possible, you may notice:

  • Longer Check-In Times: Our staff is working diligently to navigate the new system and ensure all your information is accurate.
  • Patient Portal Access: You will receive instructions on how to access our new patient portal, where you can view your medical records, appointments, and more.
  • Additional Questions: We may ask for updated personal or medical information to ensure your records are complete.

We appreciate your patience as we work to make this transition beneficial for everyone.
