OCH Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Center Nurse Practitioner Stephanie McCain, FNP-C, has received the 2021 Healogics President’s Circle Award for clinical excellence. The award is based on the achievement of outstanding clinical outcomes for 12 consecutive months, including patient satisfaction higher than 92%, and a minimum wound healing rate of at least 92% within 28 median days to heal.
Brandi Krajewski, OCH Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Center Program Director, said she is proud of McCain and the Center’s employees for achieving this award.
“This team defines clinical excellence,” said Krajewski. “We recognize that it takes every employee playing their part to make the whole team successful, and we are proud to celebrate Stephanie receiving this award as a reflection of that work. This designation emphasizes the goals that Stephanie sets forth when providing care to all of our patients—to heal as many patients as possible and improve their quality of life.”
This prestigious honor was awarded to only five providers throughout the Healogics network, which includes more than 600 centers across the nation.
“It is an honor to receive this award,” said McCain. “I am so proud of the work that is done in our clinic every day. These patients become our family, and to be able to empower them and assist them in improving their overall quality of life is the biggest achievement of all. I am blessed to work with some of the best nurses, and together, we have a team that consistently strives to provide the highest level of care to our patients,” continued McCain.
