Baked Salmon with Pineapple, Garlic and Herb Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
• 2 filets (3-4 oz each) salmon 
• 1/2 cup 100% pineapple juice 
• 2 cloves garlic, minced 
• 1 tbsp dried parsley 
• 1/2 tsp black pepper 

Instructions
